The Parish is well serviced by a range of statutory, religious and community organisations. There are a range of statutory educational providers (National Schools, Secondary Schools, Limerick Institute of Technology) and a Health Centre. Community activity can be found particularly around the various community hubs: Limerick City Community Development Project St. Munchin's , St. Lelia's Community Hall, St. Munchin's Family Resource Centre, St. Munchin's Community Enterprise Centre, St. Lelia's Credit Union, St. Munchin's Temperance Hall and the Northside Learning Hub.
What's Going On/
Within the Parish there are a large number of community organisations, community groups and voluntary activities which makes St. Munchin's Parish one of the most vibrant in the City. There is something for all age groups and abilities in the area to participant in or avail of. Some of which include: community education; activities for young people; services and social activities for Older People.
